All orders are shipped with regular shipping as a default which does NOT come with a tracking number, and there is NO way to track without one. However, you can send us a message if you'd like to pay for faster shipping or shipping with tracking, and we will get back to you with the available options! Please message me ASAP if you need something to arrive by a certain date! If you had added a note in your order for tracking I will not see it in time, please DM on Etsy instead.

The "Estimated Delivery" times that Etsy gives are not a guarantee and are just a rough estimate and are usually not accurate due to not having a tracking number, please allow your order more time to arrive if it surpasses the time given by Etsy.

All items take up to 2 weeks to be shipped. Please expect items to take longer than usual to arrive once they have been shipped.

Please note that I am unfortunately not in control of arrival times! Orders now take anywhere between 1-2 weeks within Canada and 2-5 weeks for US once shipped, and even up to 2 months for international orders due to the pandemic. Postal services are overwhelmed right now and they are delayed and unpredictable.

Please note the individual shipping times on your order item, it should say the estimated shipping times in the product page, and it should say the exact date it will be shipped by in your order confirmation/receipt. You will get a shipping confirmation email once it has been shipped.

Please send me a message if you still haven't received your order after a month from shipped, and we will work something out! Please allow 1-2 days for a response, and please do not open a case on Etsy just because I didn't get back to you immediately as I am the only person managing this business and can be very busy.

**PLEASE NOTE** that I am not responsible or in control of mail delivery, and packages unfortunately do get lost sometimes and it is out of my control. If you want to guarantee delivery, please message me to purchase shipping with tracking for your order.

Please ensure that you have the correct address given when placing your order. We've gotten plenty of orders with the wrong address in the past because Etsy automatically saves old addresses, so please double check you have the right one entered!

If you must email me, please send me your order number if it is regarding an order you have placed, as I can't really help you without an order number. It will make things a lot faster if you have your information ready.

Unfortunately the option to add a gift note is disabled for now due to the overwhelming amount of orders and lack of capacity as it is just me handling everything! If you added a gift message under the "notes" section in the orders unfortunately I will not be able to do the request either.
